Lovely friendly team of staff who went out of their way to fulfil our expectations 😊 thank you to all 🙏 but especially the main waiter who sadly will be leaving soon. Sorry I didn’t get your name but your customer service was above and beyond. All the best in your new job

Very friendly, helpful staff, all had a good sense of humour when dealing with tourists who can speak very little Portuguese. Beautiful modern design, high ceilings. Location away from the more hectic places in the Douro valley.

The jacuzzi in the spa room is amazing. The place is perfectly decorated, beautiful, modern. And surrounded by wine, I really like the swimming pool and the dining room.

I often had issues with soft beds, causing back pain. The beds here we're perfect. Its been a long time since I slept so well! And the personal was very helpful.

Very modern and nice facilities (villa, both external and internal swimming pool, common area), attention from the hotel staff, proximity to the Douro region
